Fitness Testing- Never Give Up Fitness

Fitness Testing and Assessment is done to determine each client’s initial level of performance and health-related fitness, and helps your Personal Trainer in creating an effective exercise program. An accurate fitness assessment allows you to track your progress as you work towards an athletic or health goal. It also helps to ensure that your body is functioning properly when you exercise. During your Fitness Assessment, you will be asked to complete a series of physical exercises. Your vital signs will be measured before and after to help determine your current fitness level.

The components measured during our Fitness Testing are:

  • Agility
  • Muscular Strength: Upper and Lower body
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Balance
  • Flexibility
