Never Give Up Fitness provides In-home and Outdoor Fitness Training as part of its Personal Training Programs. Depending on your personal needs, we will customize a fitness program that is indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both. Please read below for a detailed description of each service.
In-home Personal Training
In-home Personal Training is ideal for those who:
-Are new to fitness (or weight training)
-Need help fitting exercise into their busy schedule
-Get bored with the same routine every week.
Every workout session is designed just for you, to meet your goals and adapt to your changing needs as you progress week to week.
In-home Personal Training provides:
-An extra measure of accountability through scheduled one-on-one workout sessions designed to address your individual needs.
-A comprehensive fitness plan is provided which covers exercise and nutrition and how to manage both in the real world.
-Additional workouts are provided for home or travel.
-Support is always available via phone or email.
Outdoor Fitness Training
Outdoor fitness training is very similar to in-home training, with several unique differences:
-All exercises are done outdoors.
-Exercises are done in all 4 seasons, regardless of weather conditions.
The client may run on trails, climb up hills, cross country ski, or snowshoe. All these exercises and much more can be expected with outdoor fitness training.
