Never Give Up Fitness TRX Personal Training, is just like all the other personal training services that Never Give Up Fitness provides, except that it exclusively uses the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer.

In TRX Personal Training the client will be able to:

  • Properly perform over 70 Suspension Training exercises
  • Progress and regress exercises
  • Adjust resistance and stability for all exercises
  • Cue and correct common faults
  • Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer
